About Juicy
'About me' felt too cringy
I guess this is the section where I talk about myself, so hi, I'm Mairi, it's me.
I spent 9 years working in corporate marketing before deciding I wanted to start Juicy. It came about as I really believe in the power of good content and big feelings and, honestly, I absolutely love creating. This is my ‘dream’ job.
All the content we really remember, is content that makes us feel something.
A beautiful image. A video that makes you stop scrolling. Something that makes you want to book to escape, try the moody restaurant, listen to the podcast or just think, I love that. That's basically how I approach everything I make and the content I plan.
What do we want people to feel? Why would they stop scrolling? What does this add to their life?
Sometimes that's a strategy session. Sometimes it's a reel with the right hook. Sometimes it's a photoshoot and a lot of messing around with a camera. Whatever it is I'm creating, it's always feelings-led at the centre of my approach.
That's Juicy, really. Good ideas, good content and a few feelings along the way.
